Are You Ready to Unlock the Tools You Need to Play Your Best and Feel Unstoppable?

Are You Struggling to Perform Your Best When It Matters Most?

Are doubts and fear of making mistakes holding you back from reaching your full potential?

Have you ever wondered why confidence seems to disappear just when you need it most?

If these questions hit close to home, you’re not alone. Athletes at every level experience these challenges, and the truth is, it’s not just about your physical abilities. What’s happening in your mind can make or break your performance!

My Story: From Dancer to Athletic Mindset Coach

Hello Elite Team! My name is Beatrice Hipolito (aka Coach Bea), and I am a Certified Athletic Mindset Coach for Elite High Performance. I am thrilled to be working alongside such an amazing dream team of empowering women coaches, all committed to helping fellow athletes achieve their best results and become their best selves!

My journey in athletics began at just 3 years old, when my parents enrolled me in ballet class, I was hooked immediately. For the next 15 years, dance was my entire world. I trained competitively and attended a specialized arts school where I majored in Dance – essentially pouring everything I had into becoming the best dancer I could be.

But here’s the truth no one saw behind my performances: Even though I had the skills and training, I constantly fought with self-doubt and confidence. I was terrified of making mistakes. I never felt like I was good enough, no matter how hard I worked. I struggled to trust myself, and every time I stepped on stage, the weight of my own expectations made it hard to perform freely at times. Sound familiar?

When I was 18, I had to make a heart-wrenching decision—to leave dance behind. It wasn’t just about changing careers; it was about figuring out who I was without my identity as an athlete. That’s when I discovered psychology and began learning about the power of mindset and mental resilience.

That journey led me to become an athletic mindset coach. Now, I dedicate my life to helping athletes like you overcome the same mental battles that once held me back.

My goal is to give you the tools and support I wish I had when I was younger.

I Know the Mental Struggles You’re Facing—Because I’ve Been There Too

No one tells you how overwhelming it can feel when your own mind becomes your biggest obstacle. The truth is, mistakes are inevitable—it’s not a matter of if but when. But the real problem isn’t making mistakes—it’s how those mistakes mess with your head. They make you hesitate, lose confidence, and hold back in fear of messing up again.

For me, confidence was my biggest challenge. I could train for hours, but when it came time to perform, I often felt like I wasn’t good enough. Fear of failure, perfectionism, and constant comparison took over my thoughts- and I know so many young athletes feel the same way today.

Maybe you’ve felt that sinking feeling after a bad game, thinking, “What if I’m not as good as I thought I was?”

My Coaching Philosophy: Helping You Play Your Best and Feel Proud Every Time

My mission as a coach is simple: To help you feel proud every time you step onto the field, court, ice, or stage. That doesn’t mean you’ll be perfect. It means you’ll know you’ve prepared your mind and body to give your best effort—and that’s enough.

I’m not just here to help you win games (although that’s always a nice bonus!). My goal is to equip you with tools that will serve you on and off the field—whether it’s learning to trust yourself, staying calm under pressure, or setting meaningful goals. Skills that you will carry onward forever, whether in sports or whatever you decide to pursue once you tie up your skates.

Through my coaching, I focus on:

  • Building unshakable confidence
  • Teaching self-leadership and personal accountability
  • Helping athletes embrace mistakes as part of the process
  • Creating consistency—because small, daily efforts build greatness over time

One Important Truth: You Are More Capable Than You Think

If I could leave you with one piece of advice, it’s this: You are so much more capable than you give yourself credit for. I know it’s scary to step out of your comfort zone. But real growth happens when you push through that discomfort and try new things—even if you fail along the way.

Whether it’s testing new strategies, setting ambitious goals, or working with a mindset coach for the first time, there’s beauty in the unknown. Every challenge you face is an opportunity to grow stronger.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency is the key to success. It’s the athletes who show up every day, even when it’s hard, who see the biggest transformation. And that’s what I strive to teach my athletes—how to build the habits and mindset that lead to long-term success.
