We often think that by doing better, we’ll feel better. 


Once we get fit, we’ll feel strong.

Once we win, we’ll feel confident.

Once we make more money, we’ll feel worthy. 

Once we get acknowledged for our contributions, we’ll feel happy and fulfilled. 


The problem with this is that FEELINGS DRIVE BEHAVIOUR. 


In reality:


Feeling strong will motivate you to be more fit.

Feeling confident will breed more success.

Feeling worthy will enhance your ability to make money. 

And leading with happiness and a feeling of fulfillment in what you do will result in more acknowledgement and appreciation from those around you.


Rather than focusing on what you need to DO to FEEL, focus on how you need to FEEL to DO. This is what will drive your behaviour towards your desired outcomes both individually and collectively.
