There is a common saying in leadership that there is no leader without at least one follower.
But how can you be an effective leader if you don’t know how your behavior, your actions and your words are perceived by your followers? You may have read all of the leadership books, listened to all of the leadership podcasts, taken all of the leadership programs and still, you might be missing the mark.
It comes down to feedback. How do your people see your actions? How do your people hear your words? How do your people perceive you?
That feedback can come in different forms, candid conversations with your team, candid conversations with a coach/mentor/therapist, and through assessments/surveys.
