Mindfulness training is one of the best ways to optimize your growth. In fact, growth doesn’t happen without this mindset strategy. 

Your mindset informs your perception. And your perception informs your sense of reality. Mindfulness training can act as the entry point to altering your mindset, aka your perception of what is true or real. 

What you focus on expands and becomes your reality. Mindfulness is all about focusing on what is happening in the present moment. And learning how to tune into what you’re choosing to focus on, can be a very powerful way to shift how you feel about what you’re experiencing. 

Are you conscious of what you’re choosing to focus on right now? Is that a perception that you chose intentionally or simply fell into on autopilot? And how is that perception making you feel?

Mindfulness training is a powerful strategy for brain training your mindset – by raising your level of conscious awareness, you open yourself up to many different mental avenues that can lead you in the direction of how you want to feel and where you want to go and grow next.
