One of our fave exercises to do with our clients this time of year is practicing the attitude of gratitude.
We love this mindset strategy because:
1. It’s the quickest route to happiness.
2. It strengthens your ability to attract abundance into your life.
3, It helps you to integrate all the proof and evidence that you already have so much of.
4. It helps you to sustain greater levels of appreciation.
5. It cultivates a sense of fulfilment.
6. It is a wonderful way to connect to the here and now so that you fully experience your life.
7. It helps to build resilience.
It’s been one of the most challenging years of our lives, no doubt -but sustaining our way through the adversity requires that we engage in mindset strategies like this one.
As you prepare to gear down for one of the most quiet and still holidays you’ll probably ever have, take time to count your blessings. It will help you enjoy the holidays more and will set you up to attract even more to be grateful for in 2021!
