Hi everybody,

Something that I see as a coach when the holidays come around and especially a New Year, is that some of my clients start to slip into a state of scarcity when they look at where they are in their lives right now.

I think COVID adds an extra challenge here for us, but it’s this time of the year that we can so easily get triggered into thinking about the many things that we didn’t do, the relationship we didn’t find, projects or goals we didn’t complete.

The truth is that you are successful right now in so many ways, and this is where practicing a grateful framework becomes a really good strategy just to acknowledge those things; to see what you have done and be able to take pride in that and have appreciation for that.

So if we can flip the lens here with gratitude then we can see that we are all much further ahead than what we give ourselves credit for.

Thanks for joining me.
