This week in The Mental Gym, we are discussing the topic of Leadership 2.0 – leading our lives and businesses from an intrinsic sense of purpose. As you know, our purpose-driven mission is all about helping you level up and play your biggest impact game, so that you can help spread the positive ripple effects.
This world needs us more than ever after navigating this world pandemic – so we’re calling on you to help us spread these incredibly powerful game changing strategies.⁣
High-Performers are all leaders in some aspect of their performance (even though they don’t think of themselves that way). When we show up in the world every day, especially after being home in isolation for all these months, the people we come into contact along the way WILL be deeply impacted by how we choose to show up.⁣
When we lead others and are in charge of helping them reach their goals, those around us will undoubtedly feel the ripple effect of this critical choice we all must make right now. The choice in how we choose to show up as leaders in our lives and our businesses WILL be the game changing opportunity, dressed up in disguise as all this adversity.⁣
We all have a leadership role to own, whether you are The Big Boss, Executive VP or wear a silent name tag of Mom, Dad, or Mentor.⁣
That is why High-Performers relate to themselves in this critical way when they answer the subconscious call everyday to the question they ask themselves when they show up in the world “who am I?”⁣
I know my role as a leader in my life and I choose to fully own it – as an entrepreneur, mother, friend, life enthusiast and High-Performance thought leader. I know that the ripple effect of how I choose to show up will not only drive how I impact the world around me today, but will be my legacy – and that’s something I want us all to contemplate deeply as we launch into this timely topic.⁣
So let’s make every performance today count towards that one HUGELY important result!⁣
