“Yesterday I talked about accepting that you don’t have to do it all, and that you are worthy and valuable despite your actions.
A lot of my clients struggle with imposter syndrome. This is when the image we have of ourselves deep down is not good enough. It doesn’t match with what others see so we conclude that others have an inflated sense of our abilities that makes us feel like a fraud.
Imposters go through life with a negative impression of themselves and that makes it hard for them to learn from mistakes and therefore grow and improve.
Life calls upon us to wing it from time to time. Don’t see this as a problem.
We all experience insecurity and lack of confidence at times. It doesn’t mean you don’t deserve your success or are any less capable or worthy.”
