Did you struggle to get out of bed this morning?
I know that Monday’s can be particularly difficult mornings for some of my clients.
It’s the end of the weekend and the start of the workweek for most of us, and that stat saying most hard attacks occur Monday mornings on the way to work sure isn’t helping either.
I thought of you this morning when I woke up before the sun and performed this week’s exercise. I had to get my butt back downtown and into the office super early to finish on a project deadline.
So what did I do, you ask, to jumpstart my motivation this morning?
