We all have a need to feel significant.

But how do YOU meet this need at work and on the home front?

Believe it or not, there are healthy ways psychologically and not so healthy ways to meet this super important need. And most of us, especially a lot of the high-achievers that I work with, fall on the ‘not so healthy’ side of the fence.

The problem with the ‘not so healthy ways’ we seek significance is that they are often times unsustainable strategies in the long run. In fact, it is when these strategies stop working that clients often end up walking through my door.
