One of the biggest performance roadblocks I see with clients is their lack of consistency.
They come through the door full of motivation to want to change something big in their lives but lack the mental strength and mental strategy to sustain that motivation.
The key to success in the long run is to train your brain in the mental skill we call ‘mental consistency.’ Aka: start strong, stay strong, finish strong.
Lucky for you, I’ve dedicated this week’s ‘MoMonday Video: How to Build Consistency (click here to watch),’ on how to train this very important mental skill.
Just like a rest stop along the highway pops up every 50-60 KM’s reminding you to pee, eat and get gas-this week’s brain training exercise will remind you to check-in on your consistency to ensure you have what you need to make it to the finish line.
Remember, failing to have a plan is really just planning to fail. Don’t get stopped short of reaching your goals because you failed to plan.
I’ve got everything you need to succeed in this week’s video. All you have to do is press play.
Until next time, make every performance count!
