Happy Monday,
Boy do I have a motivational power tool for you today? Exactly what you need to kick this week off with a bang.
A lot of my clients come to me because they struggle to maintain peak levels of motivation over the long haul of their goal-setting and getting process.
Let’s face it-sustaining motivation when engaged in any long term change process can be difficult. The further you get into that process, the further disconnected you become from the original spark you feel when first starting out.
When you first engage in the pursuit of any goal, you are clear and connected with purpose driving you to seek that change. We call this your why factor (the reason why you want that goal to begin with).
In this week’s ‘MoMonday Video: How to Sustain Motivation (click here to watch),’ I show you how I help my clients to set up systems for sustaining motivation over the long run.
Motivation needs to be exercised, like any other muscle in the body, to stay strong. And this exercise will help you to do just that.
Commit to this mental drill for just one week and watch your motivation spike through the roof.
It is just the boost you need to get to that long-term finish line 🙂
Remember to make every performance count!
