Boy am I excited to share today’s motivational training video on the #1 mental skill. It is absolutely the starting point with any new client and I get to building it from the very second they walk through my door.
It is the mental skill we call self-awareness and it is the most important mental skill out there because it is the entry point into any individual’s experience.
As you have probably heard me coach on before, the key to change is to understand the stories that are keeping us stuck. That’s right, we all have stories that we tell ourselves. Day in and day out, most of these stories play in the backgrounds of our brains on autopilot.
Our conditioned stories play on repeat like a broken record unless we learn to pay attention to them so that we know where to strategically challenge them. These recycled stories about how much money we deserve to make or the kind of relationships we should accept, affect every choice we make, thus generating the results we experience in our health, wealth, relationships and careers.
