Everyone is talking about how nice the weather has been now that it’s spring time. With the arrival of spring comes the urge to clean our closets and detox our bodies.

I’ve been working on this with my clients the last couple of weeks-looking at the limiting belief systems and unresourceful emotional states that have accumulated over the long winter months.
