Happy Monday,

Do you ever have days where you just don’t have the motivation to do what you know you must do to achieve your goals?

I usually try to knock my workouts out in the morning before a long day in the seat seeing clients. But sometimes, I have to leave my workouts until after work. And that is when I find myself having the most difficulty getting self-motivated.
