Happy Monday,
So here we are…a couple of weeks into 2016 and how are those New Year’s Resolutions going?
Last week we cleaned up all of those negative associations we have with the idea of setting Resolutions – after all, they are just goals in disguise. And we all need goals to progress towards the next level of our personal and professional performances.
In this week’s ‘MoMonday Video: Feedback, Not Failure (click here to watch),’ I share with you what is sure to be jeopardizing your success just a couple of weeks into your goal-setting and getting journey.
In a nut shell, this is why 72% of people fail to achieve their New Year’s Resolutions-they start to experience their brain’s resistance to change and it sabotages their success. Since Resolutions are really just goals in disguise, it is also what happens to most people engaging in any goal-setting and getting journey.
Tune into this week’s video and do the exercise and you will learn how to breakthrough this very common and extremely limiting performance roadblock.
Trust me when I tell you that this is performance-enhancing training that you definitely do not want to miss out on.
Until next time, make every performance count!
