Happy Monday,
I’m baaacckkk!
That’s right my high-performance friend, I am officially back in the office bringing you today’s motivational message. Back from my dream vacation in the Bahamas and that means it’s time to get back to work.
In the last two MoMonday videos, I spoke to you about how I had used this trip as a finish-line experience, motivating me towards many of my summer of 2015 high-performance health, wealth, self, business and relationship goals.
Once down there, it was time to hit the refresh button and get super clear on my new goals for the up and coming months (nothing lends itself to a greater sense of clarity then stepping outside of your day-to-day routines).
Now that I am back, I am ready to hit the ground running towards my new high-performance health, wealth, self, business and relationship goals. Ready to take an inside peak at what I personally do to prepare for achieving my most important goals?
In today’s ‘MoMonday Video: 3 Steps to Hit the Ground Running (click here to watch),’ I will show you 3 simple but powerful steps to launch you towards success on any new goal-setting and getting journey.
Remember, 10 minutes in planning can save you 10 hours or more in execution. Setting the stage for success doesn’t take long but trust me when I tell you, it is one of the key factors that will determine your successes over your failures.
One of my favourite sayings of all time in the personal development universe is that those who fail to plan are really just planning to fail. Based on the proof of all my successes and failures, I must say, I couldn’t agree more.
You’ve already got the ball rolling in the right direction by reading this article and watching this week’s video. However, all the knowledge in the world without action won’t affect growth or development.
My challenge to you today: pick up your pen now and get to work following today’s 3 simple yet powerful steps to ensure you hit the ground running towards your high-performance goals.
I promise you, if you do, that it will greatly increase your chances for success.
Until next time, make every performance count!
