Happy Monday,

Hard to believe I’ve been down here a whole week now….In this week’s MoMonday Video, I take you along with me as I take one final stroll down the beach before saying goodbye to paradise.

In last week’s video, I shared with you how I had used this trip to the Bahamas as a motivator or finish-line for my most important summer 2015 health, self and business goals.

I also mentioned that once down here, I planned to hit the refresh button and start planning out new high-performance goals for the up and coming months.

In today’s ‘MoMonday Video: How to Hit the Refresh Button’ (click here to watch), I take a closer look at how to do just that.

You don’t have to take an exotic vacation to perform this week’s exercise. Just prioritize the time to side-step away from the everyday  autopilot routines and take a big-picture look at what really matters in the long run.

Don’t forget that once you are clear on the long term outcomes, to make sure that your everyday routines and choices are in alignment with making those outcomes happen.

If they are not, it is time to get to work, and make some intentional changes.
