Happy Monday,

The sun has been shining all weekend here in the great white north and Canadians are starting to emerge from out of their winter caves.

I feel like the warmer weather brings about an awakening for most of us-after all, it’s easy to get off track with your goals and motivation to take your performance to the next level during those long winter months (especially for those of us who face 6 months of below 0 weather). So, when the summer months hit, naturally, we awaken to our desire to improve.

I’ve had an influx of new clients over the last week-all of which have come to me for a quick hit of motivation. They have summer time goals and they need summer motivation to match.

It got me thinking…I bet we could all use a quick hit of motivation right about now? Then I remembered that I have an awesome tool for that called ‘My 3 Magic Questions’. Check out this week’s throwback (I did a kick-ass video on this already back in September) MoMonday Video: A Quick Hit of Motivation’ (see video below) to check out this week’s exercise.

I promise you that if you do this exercise thoroughly, that it will not only give you that much needed quick hit of motivation you surely are looking for as the summer months approach, but that you will love using this tool time and time again a) because it works super well and b) it’s so easy, you can do it anywhere and anytime.
