In last week’s MoMonday Video, we looked at the importance of mental consistency. It is no secret, to anyone who follows my work, that I am a huge believer in the power of consistency-it is impossible to achieve and sustain high-performance results without it.
So this week, I got to asking myself-“what do I do consistently, every single day, that helps me set the stage for my success?”
