I have been working with a new client the past couple of weeks and I got to noticing in this past week’s session that he is really struggling to overcome his roadblocks.
I listened deeply as he was recalling stories of where he was “failing to overcome obstacles” in his process. As he told me about his “failures” (his words not mine), I noticed his voice get loud and agitated, he looked up tight and stressed and he clearly felt frustrated in his process and with himself.
In today’s video we look at what to do when this performance roadblocking state happens to you, to ensure you know what to do to overcome it:
Remember, it is important to manage your mindset when it comes to keeping that motivation nice and high where it needs to be to overcome any and every performance roadblock that comes your way-viewing obstacles as important moments for feedback rather than failure is a wonderful strategy for doing so.
I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend my high-performance friend 🙂
And remember, until next time, make every performance count!
