Over the last couple of weeks we have been looking closely at what I refer to as ‘The Most Important Relationship (the one you are in with yourself 24/7).’ We are making the connection between the strength of that relationship and the strength of the decisions you make every single day that affect the results you experience in your health, wealth, business and relationships.
Last week we did an exercise called ‘Who Am I?’ And I challenged you to go beyond the external definitions of who you think you are, based on roles that you play. I asked you to go deeper and connect with the internal qualities that define who you really are at your core.
The more connected you are with the truth of who you really are, the more in tuned you will become with knowing how to make congruent decisions (choices that are right for you and not based on the conditioning of what you think you should do or should be).
In this week’s MoMonday Video: Get What You Want & Need (see below), I share with you the tool I like to use at the start of every week to program my brain with the information it needs to give me more of what I want and need to feel exactly the way I want to feel (my core desired feelings).
Remember that getting in your mental gym using exercises like these is the best way to motivate your brain to make better autopilot decisions each and every day.
Until next time, make every performance count!
