Happy Monday,
Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Those of us in Toronto enjoyed sunny + temperatures for the first time in a long time so it has us Torontonians in an extremely externally-based happy mood :-).
For the last couple of weeks, we have been taking a closer look at the relationship you are in with yourself 24/7 as being ‘The Most Important Relationship’.
Well this weekend, I invited my high-performance family to join me in taking a closer look at that relationship in a one-hour intensive webinar workshop. If you didn’t join us, here is a recap on what you missed:
-What does it mean to be in a relationship with yourself?
-How does your relationship with self affect every choice you make?
-What is the self-concept and how does it affect every high-performance result you are striving to achieve?
-Who am I (who do you think you are vs who are you really)?
-The ‘Conditioned-Self’ vs the ‘Unconditioned-Self’.
-How does who you think you are affect your reactive behaviors?
-How do you rate the quality of your relationship with self?
-How do you improve that relationship?
I always say, you can tell a lot about what people value the most according to how they invest their most valuable resources: time, energy, money and focus.
Well, if you care about high-performance health, wealth, self, business or relationship results, then you will take 2 minutes to check out this week’s MoMonday Video: Who Am I? Where we explore the starting point to building a strong relationship with self.
Remember to make every performance count!
