Oh man…just got back from one of my ‘post holiday runs’ and it was a doozy. I don’t know about all of you out there, but my workouts post-holiday have been a little bit longer and a lot harder!

That being said, it was all very much well worth it and I hope that every one of you out there had as wonderful a Christmas holiday as I did.

I wanted to check in with you all today because it is my favourite week of the year-it’s the end of one year and the beginning of the next. That’s right folks, 2015 is soon upon us and I absolutely love New Years because it gets EVERYONE thinking about personal development.

Out on my run today I was thinking about my goals for 2015. I spent the entire hour envisioning my 10/10 performance outcomes for each of the most important areas of my life: my health, wealth, self, business and relationships. What exactly do I want to see, hear and feel when I cross that finish line in each area?

I always say that those who fail to plan are essentially just planning to fail and that starting with the end in mind is the most important step when it comes to the achievement of any high-performance goals. As high-achievers it is imperative that you use the next few days to get extremely clear on what these 2015 outcome goals are for you!

Remember to be as specific and clear as possible. That makes your vision feel real to the brain and that will change the way your brain makes autopilot decisions towards your most important performance outcomes.

Until next time, make every performance count!
