Happy Monday,
Hard to believe that we are in the last week of February already-it has definitely been a short but sweet month. Like we spoke about last week, there is a lot to be grateful for in the month of love.
With holidays like Valentine’s Day and Family Day, we are reminded to connect with the abundance of love and happiness in our significant relationships. In this week’s MoMonday Video, I speak about the
importance of remembering to focus on THE MOST significant relationship in your life, the relationship you are in with yourself.
You should see the look on my high-achiever clients’ faces when I talk about this high-performance strategy-not only do they look confused (most of them never realized that they are even in a relationship with themselves), but they laugh at the idea that focusing on and developing this significant relationship can lead to high-performance results in every area of their lives and work.
Think about it for a second-it’s the quality of this relationship with self that affects the quality of your decisions each and every day. That relationship, whether weak or strong, is like a foundation on which you stand when you make either weak or strong decisions about your work, your health, your finances and yes, even your relationships with other people.
Take a few minutes to learn more about the relationship with self in the following MoMonday Video: The Most Important Relationship, where I will teach you how to assess and address this relationship and challenge you to take the clear and specific steps necessary to make sure that you are
standing on a strong foundation of self when you make every high-performance decision in your life. I promise it is a strategy you don’t want to miss that will help drive your health, wealth, self, business and relationship performance to the next level!
And always remember to make every performance count!
