Dismantling the High Performance Narrative
Are you tired of pretending that everything is perfect and that you’re exceeding at everything you do? Join us to have authentic conversations about high performance, mental health, chasing perfection, and life as we tackle the idea that the appearance of outward success often leads to the assumption of perfect mental health. Hosts Lauren Williams and Rob Kalwarowsky discuss life as high achievers and high performers and how the drive to be the best can lead to grave mental health consequences.
With new episodes coming out every week with a new guest, Lauren and Rob delve into the experiences of high achievers and high performers all around the world to share their struggles and stories of victory and success.
