Inside the Athletic Mind
With Taylor Cook and Lauren Williams
We dig deep and shed light on the mental side of sport for female athletes, coaches, and athletic trainers by having open conversations about the importance of mental health, how to improve your mindset, the struggles and triumphs of female athletes, how coaching can improve your performance, and so much more.
Our aim is to provide listeners with valuable tools and insights that will help them become a better athlete, coach, and leader in their sport and to support the female athlete and coaching community.
