Rob Kalwarowsky

Rob Kalwarowsky has spent almost 10 years as a reliability engineer & asset manager within mining, oil pipelines, and consulting in heavy industry. Over that time, he has seen and experienced disengagement, frustration & mental health problems due to fear-based leadership. Since learning about people-centric leadership, Rob has been on a mission to spread the message throughout the world. Rob envisions a world where happiness & engagement are commonplace in the workplace. Prior to starting his career, Rob graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Management, was a 3-time Academic All-American in NCAA Water Polo and played on the U18 Canadian National Water Polo team.
