Hi, I’m Samantha Devillez, a certified Athletic Mindset Coach, and I’m here to help athletes not only recover from injuries but also strengthen their mental and physical resilience. I’ve experienced firsthand the mental and physical challenges that athletes face, from my days as a competitive high school basketball player to now coaching U13 girls’ rep basketball.

As a mother of two, I know how tough it is to juggle family, personal goals, and professional ambitions, all while pushing yourself to perform at your best. My athletic pursuits are a testament to the power of resilience, endurance, and mental toughness.

 

My Story:

Before transitioning into coaching, I built a successful career in advertising, where I led teams and thrived under high pressure. This experience equipped me with the leadership, strategic thinking, and performance skills that I now apply in coaching athletes to excel both on and off the court.

Merging my professional background with my passion for sports allowed me to help athletes develop not only their physical talents but also their mental toughness, enabling them to perform at their best while overcoming obstacles.

 

Identifying Your Pain Points

I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with slow recovery times, the fear of re-injury, and the mental hurdles that accompany these challenges. Athletes often feel stuck, uncertain, or anxious about their future performance. My approach centers around addressing these pain points with empathy, while pushing for growth.

I believe that the key to athletic success lies in the balance between physical conditioning and mental strength. Through personalized coaching, I focus on improving not just performance but the mindset that drives it. My methodology combines my experience in sports and leadership to help athletes break through mental blocks, overcome fear, and develop the resilience needed to recover and thrive.
