I have to admit…I’ve noticed that in this home stretch of summer, that I have hit a brick wall with my energy resources.
So this week, I’ve decided to pull from my own experience and share with you what a Performance Coach does when she realizes that she is out of balance and has too much on her plate.
Since summer is chalk full of outdoor activities, it is easy to see how one might put too much additional things on their plate without remembering to take some of it off-Doing so naturally would make ones plate overfloweth.
