Happy Monday,

I have a client who achieved amazing results right out the gates in her coaching process.
But now that we are starting to get into some of the “deeper work”, she finds herself roadblocked in some pretty significant ways.

She finds herself all of a sudden making excuses, not doing the homework, self-sabotaging, etc.

She came through my door this week frightened that she may not be able to transcend to that next level of her performance at work and financially if she doesn’t somehow get at that part of her brain that doesn’t want to grow.

In this week’s ‘MoMonday Video: Resistant to Change (click here to watch),’ I share with you the very same coaching that I gave her-teaching her all about what’s really going on beneath the surface and showing her how to overcome those hidden roadblocks.

It is totally normal and expected that when engaging in any goal-setting and getting journey that your brain will resist your efforts to grow-especially when trying to bust through glass ceilings that have existed in your psychology for years.

Don’t be phased by the brain’s efforts to stay “status quo” in the same established pathways and patterns it has used to get results forever.

This week’s coaching strategy has you armed and dangerous when up against these stubborn performance roadblocks and is sure to help you elevate your game to that next level.

Until next time, make every performance count!
