Happy Monday,

In last week’s MoMonday Video, we looked at the importance of mental consistency. It is no secret, to anyone who follows my work, that I am a huge believer in the power of consistency-it is impossible to achieve and sustain high-performance results without it.

So this week, I got to asking myself-“what do I do consistently, every single day, that helps me set the stage for my success?”

In this week’s MoMonday Video: Morning Mental Prep Routine (click here), I share with you my morning mental preparation strategy. It is what I do every single day, no matter what, to train my psychology to support me in having a successful day.

I have a favourite quote that reminds me of the power of preparation and it says “Those who fail to plan are really just planning to fail.” -unknown

The way you start your day is a huge predictor for how the rest of your day will go. Set your psychological stage for success-take a few minutes each morning this week to perform this week’s MoMonday exercise and watch your high-performance results rise.

The best investments you make are the ones you make in yourself and what better way to start each day than to invest in activating a resourceful state and training your brain to drive the results you are after?

Until next time, make every performance count!
