I’ve noticed a trend lately amongst my clients that I would like to spend a few minutes discussing with you today because it is a trend that is not only holding them back, but more than likely, it’s holding you back to.
The trend? A lack of consistency.
While my clients come through the door with big goals and intentions to stay committed to the process of change and all the work that is required to make the process a successful one, their commitment is challenged early on and their consistency often wanes.
You wouldn’t expect to change your body if you didn’t get to the gym consistently would you? Well your brain is no different-it needs intentional and consistent effort to change your programming. And achieving any new goal requires changing your brain’s programming.

Remember, getting to the next level isn’t easy, but when you have the right tools and strategies in place to support you, it is doable. Make it an intention to work at your mental game plan this week and show up consistently to work on one aspect of it. I promise after a week of it, you will see how consistency affects your high-performance results.
