Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s and Family Day 🙂

I love holidays like these because they get us all thinking about and connecting with ALL that we are grateful for. I have said it before and I will say it again (because it is just that important), the attitude of
gratitude is the quickest route to happiness. Any holiday that gets us practicing gratitude is a wonderful opportunity to be reminded about the importance of practicing the art of ‘Conscious Connection.’

What do I mean by ‘Conscious Connection’ you may be asking? Well for those of you who follow my work you know that I am constantly speaking about the importance of training your brain. For those of you who don’t, let me take this opportunity to teach you something new about how to achieve high-performance results in any arena.

When you consciously focus on something, anything really, you are training your brain to make connections on a subconscious level (automatically). The more you consciously focus on anything, the more your subconscious mind will gravitate towards making that connection on autopilot mode (remember this very important high-performance fact: 95-97% of your daily decisions are made on autopilot, thus driving your high-performance results).
