do feeeeeeeelings have to do with high-performance strategy?

I’ve said it before and I will say it again-emotions are powerful
performance drivers. They are driving you up, they are driving you down,
they are driving you somewhere and if you don’t know what they are saying
to you, you really have no control over your high-performance results.

Emotions act as a very important messenger between the brain and the body,
driving your daily decisions to act or not act in ways ways that either
support or sabotage your important performance outcomes.
